This document regulates the sale of goods contained on the website "prestigeintimo.it".
Browsing the pages of the website and purchasing the items contained therein imply total and unconditional acceptance of the content of this document. Therefore, before sending the purchase proposal, the Customer is required to carefully read and accept all points (from 1 to 9) contained in the following conditions of sale. This document was modified on November 26, 2021 and may be updated again without notice. Visit this page periodically to stay constantly updated.
1. OWNERSHIP
The products offered for sale through the website "prestigeintimo.it" are marketed by: "Prestige" di Chiara Palazzo with registered office in Italy, Corso delle Province 94/96 cap 95127 Catania, tel. (+39) 095 501815 email info@prestigeintimo.it, registration in the Catania Company Register no. CT-1361454, VAT number 05373460871.
2. PRODUCTS
The names and images of the products and manufacturing companies are the property of their respective owners who can change them at any time without notice. The products are accompanied by images and descriptions made available by the respective manufacturers through their websites or advertising catalogs that accompany the sales campaigns. Any differences in terms of shape, color, pattern, design, materials and any other distinctive feature between the photos or the published description and the product received cannot in any way be the responsibility of the owner of the website.
3. PRICES
The prices of the products offered for sale on the site are expressed in the currency selected during navigation. The reference currency of the store is the euro but prices can also be viewed in US Dollar and British Pound, depending on the selection made using the appropriate selector located at the top of the home page of the site, updated to the value of the last available exchange rate. Prices include VAT.
4. ORDERS
By clicking on the "order now" button, the customer agrees to send "Prestige" a binding proposal that commits him to purchase the products in the cart, at the total indicated, VAT included, and to pay the shipping costs indicated, if applicable. "Prestige" reserves the right to accept, refuse or modify the proposal received, promptly notifying the customer, indicating, in the event of a correction or modification, the reasons (for example, particularly difficult destinations to which shipments are not made, products in the cart out of stock or with prices clearly lower than their market value, customers with ongoing disputes, etc.).
5. PAYMENTS
Orders placed and accepted can be paid through:
- Pick-up in store. By selecting this method, the purchased items will be set aside for the customer who can collect and pay for them at our store in Catania, Corso delle province 94/96, within 5 working days. Failure to collect, in the absence of communications from the customer, will result in the cancellation of the order.
- PayPal. It is the most reliable and fastest way to pay for your online purchases with the most common credit cards and, for PayPal account holders, with the balance or withdrawal from their linked bank account. By selecting this method when ordering, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site that will manage the payment and the processing of sensitive transaction data. In no case will "Prestige" process or transit sensitive transaction data whose security and confidentiality are entirely the responsibility of PayPal. The order will be shipped to the address indicated in the PayPal transaction as soon as the relevant payment has been confirmed. In no case and for no reason will shipments be made to different addresses.
6. SHIPPING
The ordered items will normally be shipped within 2 working days in the original manufacturer's packaging, inside a reinforced cardboard box or padded envelope that will guarantee confidentiality and adequate protection. Current legislation (Civil Cassation, Section III, sentence no. 15389 of 4 November 2002) provides that the transfer of ownership of the goods from the seller to the buyer occurs at the same time as the package is handed over to the courier for transport. Therefore, no complaints will be accepted for loss or damage to the package. It is therefore extremely important that, upon delivery, the security seals and general conditions of the package are checked. In the event of damage, opening or tampering (added adhesive tape, holes or even minimal openings) the package must be accepted with reservation in order to subsequently request any compensation from the courier. Shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart and depend solely on the buyer's shipping address (Italy, EU, non-EU Europe, rest of the world). It should be noted that for shipments to foreign countries outside the European Union and to countries that do not have agreements with Italy, additional fees for duties and customs and import charges may be requested by the competent authorities of the country of destination. The buyer is required to contact the competent authority of his country to find out the amount before placing an order.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We always guarantee the "Satisfied or refunded" clause because we recognize the customer's right to be able to decide on purchases with peace of mind. Therefore, the purchased items can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the buyer who must:
- Send an email to customer service indicating the items or order for which you are requesting a return and wait for a response;
- Place the items in the original packaging in which they were received or in one of similar quality, taking care to remove any labels or writing previously affixed;
- Deliver the package to a legally accredited courier and keep the shipping receipt;
- Please provide customer service with your shipment tracking number.
Upon return to our warehouse, the items will be checked and a credit note or refund will be issued via the same method used for payment unless one of the following cases applies.
Returns are not accepted for:
- orders delivered more than 14 days ago;
- orders for which the return has not been previously authorised by customer service;
- items without labels or original packaging; items that have been damaged, worn for a long time, soiled or mistreated;
- custom-made items specially picked for the buyer.
Seriousness and respect for the customer require us to always seek a solution that can satisfy the customer. In the event of legal disputes, the buyer implicitly accepts the jurisdiction of the Court of Catania.
8. LANGUAGE
Although available in English, the official language of the website "Prestigeintimo.it" is Italian. Although accurate, there may be small differences between what is written in Italian and the corresponding English translation. In case of discrepancies, what is written in Italian is authoritative and no disputes can be opened for translation defects.
9. PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY
By browsing the website, subscribing to our newsletter, contacting customer service, placing an order, the user implicitly accepts our privacy policy and consents to the use of technical cookies (necessary for the website to function) and cookies as configured at the time of the first visit.
