PAYMENTS
Orders placed and accepted can be paid through:
Pick up in store. By selecting this method, the purchased items will be set aside for the customer who can collect and pay for them at our store in Catania, Corso delle Province 94/96, within 5 working days. After 5 days, in the absence of communications from the customer, the order will be cancelled and the items put back on sale.
PayPal. It is the most reliable and fastest way to pay for your online purchases with the most common credit cards and, for PayPal account holders, with the balance or withdrawal from their linked bank account. By selecting this method when ordering, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site that will manage the payment and the processing of sensitive transaction data. In no case will "Prestige" process or transit sensitive transaction data whose security and confidentiality are entirely the responsibility of PayPal. The order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been confirmed to the address indicated in the PayPal transaction. In no case and for no reason will shipments be made to different addresses.
SHIPPING
Shipping methods and times. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Poste Italiane or express courier with the standard delivery service for Italy and standard international delivery for the rest of the world with tracking and delivery with signature.
Shipping costs. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. Handling and packaging costs are fixed and already included while postage depends on the destination and is clearly indicated in the cart when ordering. For Italy, the cost of shipping is 5 euros for orders up to 50 euros, free shipping in Italy for orders over 50 euros. For the rest of the world, shipping costs vary depending on the tariff zone and can be found on this page. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The items will be placed in reinforced cardboard boxes or padded envelopes to ensure adequate protection.
Disclaimer. Upon delivery of the goods to the courier, the customer will be notified of the shipment by email which will also contain the tracking number. The goods travel at the buyer's risk. In no case and for no reason can "Prestige" be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods which, once delivered to the courier, become the property of the buyer (art. 1510 Civil Code). We therefore strongly recommend that the buyer monitor the shipment and check the package upon delivery. If damage, openings or tampering are found, reject the package or accept it with reservation, otherwise it will be impossible to request any compensation from the courier.
