We always guarantee the "Satisfied or refunded" clause because we recognize the customer's right to be able to decide on purchases with peace of mind. Therefore, the purchased items can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the buyer who must:
- Send an email to customer service indicating the items or order for which you are requesting a return and wait for a response;
- Place the items in the original packaging in which they were received or in one of similar quality, taking care to remove any labels or writing previously affixed;
- Deliver the package to a legally accredited courier and keep the shipping receipt;
- Please provide customer service with your shipment tracking number.
Upon return to our warehouse, the items will be checked and a credit note or refund will be issued via the same method used for payment unless one of the cases indicated below applies.
Returns are not accepted for:
- orders delivered more than 14 days ago;
- orders for which the return has not been previously authorised by customer service;
- items without original labels or packaging;
- damaged, excessively worn, soiled or mistreated items;
- custom-made items specially picked for the buyer.
Seriousness and respect require us to always seek a solution that can satisfy the customer. In the event of legal disputes, the buyer implicitly accepts the jurisdiction of the Court of Catania.
